Incorrect orders shipped by Poetic Pastries will be replaced free of charge (not including shipping), only after the client has notified us in writing or email, with picture of proof and the incorrect order is returned to Poetic Pastries.

Boutique Purchases Tax
State law requires Poetic Pastries to charge sales tax on items we sell directly through this site, regardless of the buyer’s location. WV Department of Revenue currently implements a consumer sales tax rate of 6%. All posted item prices reflect this addition. Should your purchases be for resale or other business needs, please send a copy of your business license and exemption form before your order and Poetic Pastries will invoice you accordingly. (*note: this 6% sales tax will assist you when complying with your state’s use tax, if such mandates exist).
